How to get rid of back acne and…… ?
Q: I FINALLY got rid of most of the acne on my face, but it usually comes back on the time of my period.I recently started using my treadmill at home and ever since then I have started getting acne between my breasts. Not that much, just a few pimples. And I also have acne on my back for a few years, which I never really paid that much attention to because its on my back and I can’t really see it.I shower daily, use creams, lotion, scrub my back, everywhere. What else can I do to get rid of it?I’m 15 btw.I eat very healthy. Fruits veggies everything.
A: generally the true source of acne lies IN the skin and not anything you do on the surface… thats secodary. acne is an INFECTION of the skin and thus you should talk to your doctor about it. i found the best over all cure (especially if acne rears its ugly heads when you get your period) is to first go on birth control (acne is also related to hormone imbalances)… though because you are young, that could be uncomfortable to explain to your parents to convince them you’d like it for ACNE purposes alone if they are unaware whether or not you are sexually active. second… or MAYBE first if birth control isnt an attainable option… have your doctor write you a prescription for bioxin/SMZ TMP. that worked WONDERS on my acne even without the birth control shot. its not all that brutal and twice a day will have you wiped nearly clean witin a week. third.. zinc intake. it honestly makes a difference. any vitamin store will have something called “zinc for acne” that is a non chemical approach, though it takes a bit longer to really kick in. i got a friend to take it and 5 years later, she will NOT do without it. it works that well. the link i gave you takes you right to the product if you want to order it online.
how to get rid of acne on your back and chest?
Q: i have pretty bad acne on my back and chest. how do i get rid of it? it looks terrible, and i would like to get rid of it now because its almost summer time. i eat very healthy and barely drink soda’s.
A: oh my god. ive seriously had this same horrible problem since i was 13, and i still have it to this day, and now im 21. it seriously sucks so much. its horrible to feel insecure about wearing take tops or anything like that. for me, what i noticed helped alot, is a nice salt scrub. when i went to hawaii, me and my friends were playing in the ocean. they coverd my back in the salty sand from the ocean, and literally, my skin looked beautiful the week after scrubbing my back. when i got back home to the states, i decided to try the same thing. so i bought a nice salt ex-foliating scrub. the scrub i got is great, because not only does it have the salt, but it has essential oils in it (which is very good) to make your skin become hydrated after rubbing the salt on your skin. i noticed that if i use this once or twice a week at MOST, after a little while, my skin became more clear and soft. also, some advice. try your best not to pick at it. thats the problem i have. i subconsciously pick at my back and chest. try your hardest not to. and, do not pick them before you take a shower and use the salt scrub. i didnt think about it one time, and wow, that hurts SO bad. but the salt is very healing, and is a natural way to shrivel up your acne. hope this works for you. 😀
How do I get rid of acne on my back?
Q: I don’t have it very bad, but I still feel self-concious when I wear back-revealing dresses or shirts. It’s on my upper back. I don’t have very much acne in general, but I’ve just started getting bacne and I hate it!! How do I make it stop?
A: Get good sleep. Stress increases your skin’s oiliness, which, combined with sweat and dirt, can clog pores and cause pimples. (Change your pillowcase frequently.) Acne medications may cause your skin to initially break out worse than before because all FDA-approved acne medications (benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and sulfur) are causing your skin to regenerate faster. This brings existing acne pimples already under your skin (but not visible yet) to the surface, which in turn causes a massive but fortunately temporary break out. Give the medications time to work — about one to two weeks — and you will notice a big difference in the quality of your skin. See a dermatologist if over the counter remedies does not work. They specialize in skin care and can prescribe you medicines that help you improve it. Drink plenty of water. Staying well hydrated can help your condition improve, because the “waste management” control system in your body requires a lot of water to do its job. Without enough water, the body has difficulty removing some waste products efficiently. Look for face washes which contain the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide. This is the key ingredient in some of the best face washes. Use a 5-10% benzoyl peroxide of mild to moderate acne and 10% for severe. Bye…
