How do i get rid of acne on my chin?
Q: I was on roaccutane 4 years ago but, although a vast imrpovement, have never had clear skin. My skin has been getting progressively worse for 2 years. I think if I want to go on it again I have to go through all the different levels of treatment first and that takes years! I am taking a multi-vitamin and trying to remember to take agnus castus but keep forgetting! I have suspected PCOS too but i’m not overweight for my height, BMI is 24, i’m 21 years old and have been a vegetarian for 3 years. I am going to try Saw palmetto supplement, chromium and Acidophilus. No topical treatment or antibiotics are working, nor do dermalogica products! Thanks for your help!I have heard of proactive but is it UK or US, i live in England. And what is it? By the way I have been on;Topical; face washes made with salicyclic, glycolic or lactic acid. benzoyl peroxide creams on their own, and with antibiotics in the cream as well. Witch hazel and tea tree oil. And toothpaste!Internal; I have been on loads of different antibiotics.Dianette- a form of the pill(Ro)accutaneAnd, i have also tried probiotics, multivitamins! Just to clarify, the spots are worst on my chin, also a few on my cheeks and forehead so don’t think its a food allergy. Also the skin is quite dry, but the spots are definately acne. Finally, as I live in the UK i rely on the NHS, an appointment to see a dermatologist is rarely given and the waiting list is 3 months at least. Privately it costs £250 or $435 before treatment! Thanks anyway, the website was good.
A: Proactive works fairly well. And it’s not that expensive. You can order it online. So I think you should be able to get it where you are located. You might want to consider talking to the doctor about birth control pills. I think it’s OrthoNova or something like that has been proven to help with acne. There are a few things I wanted to mention though… You may be scrubbing your face too much. If you scrub too much you could be making your complexion worse. Make sure you use a clean washcloth. Don’t touch your face throughout the day. Resting the phone on your chin, resting your head on your hands and so on. Your makeup could be making you breakout too. Check it to make sure it’s oil free and that it won’t clog pores. If you’ve been using the same brand of foundation all these years you could be having a problem with an ingredient in that. Stress might be contributing to your problem too. I tend to break out when I am stressed out.

A: To explain the main reason why people have ance, your pores on your face are getting clogged with dirt and ance is the reaction. Keeping a clean face is the key and use a clay masque will pull the dirt out of your pores. Be sure to moisturize after the masque. You can also use clear.now which is a three step process to cleaning your face and getting it free of ance. It is a treatment wash that clears your pores of oil and debris and gently exfoliates to smooth skin’s surface. The Toner reaches deep into pores to break down and eliminate “bacteria-friendly” oil. The Acne Treatment Lotion treats and rejuvenates challenged, acne-affected skin. Clear.now works!! Go to http://arcameda.com and search for that for masque or clear.now more information.
