Is cheese bad for your skin?
Q: I was always under the notion that cheese is harmful to your skin, so I came up with absolutely delicious snack (wheat things with a cube of pepper jack cheese) but isnt cheese bad for your skin? due to its saturated fat content?
A: Foods rarely effect your skin. The true culprit is too many carbs/sugar. Cheese is not a sugary/carb type of food, so no it will not harm your skin. I am a cheese lover and indulge in it quite often, but my skin is perfectly fine.

A: LOL…it’s amazing how Maybelline, Revlon, and Covergirl bring out “mineral makeup” and then have the nerve to call it “pure”. No, the only products that are “pure” on that ingredient list is glycerine, iron oxides, and titanium dioxides…the rest of the ingredients are unneeded, unhealthy ingredients that not only clog pores…but can make you break out terribly. Here is my rule of thumb: If the makeup ingredient list says that more than TEN ingredients were used in the powder…it is most likely NOT pure.If the makeup was found at Wal-Mart or any other store, and is less than $10…than it is most likely NOT pure. Try sheercover or afterglowcosmetics for REAL mineral makeup…the rest of the crap found in stores (including Bare mineral and Bare escentuals) is not good for your skin, at all…..
