- Q: Hello All, thank you for taking the time to read my question.I was recently diagnosed with moderate to severe dysplasia most likely because of HPV. I was reading that in order to help my immune system fight of the virus I need to have a better diet. However its so hard to eat all the recommended serving sizes of fruits and vegi’s.
