A: I know it sounds childish, but Pampers Baby Wipes. My acne was horrible, and I wasn’t always close to a bathroom to wash my face. So I use Baby Wipes. Other forms of skin medication like Clearasil, etc, don’t work on me. Being a guy, you probably don’t want to be seen with a box of pampers at the gym, so just put a few in a zip lock bag then stick it in your gym bag. It has definitely helped me. Hopefully it will work for you too.
