niacin cause flushing by basically increasing the blood in the face. they make a non-flushing niacin, but i always just advise my patients to take niacin with an 81mg aspirin if it is ok with their doctor, the aspirin pretty much stops the flushing. Niacin tends to cause facial flushing in mega doses. Check the % of daily requirement and stick to 100%. Good luck.

I know Vita- Vitamin, multivitamin has non-flush niacin. Other than that, if you look on the labels and the labels show the scientific names- niacinamide does not cause flushing.
