You have to take care of yourself. You need to do all the basics like eat right, get plenty of rest, lots of fluids, avoid tobacco, etc. But you also need to have the right mindset. You need to think “young”. Set goals for later in life and make sure they include physical activities. Don’t give in to old age by sitting around and watching TV while snacking.
