Q:Like so many other hebal remedies, all the benefits seem to be in “folklore”. If you take ginseng, in what form? What were the benefits for you?

folklore? are you looking at the studies? i have taken panax ginseng as a fluid extract from the company metagenics (practioner only range) and i found it worked exactly as it should as a stimulant/adaptogen. It didn’t do anything for me but give me a headache.
