I know this is a touchy subject. But, what foods help clean your colon, and keep it clean?
Q:I recently had a bout with an bronchial infection. Now, it is draining in my colon. I need to remove all the medications and other matter. I saw an infomercial for something that is supposed to clean all this matter out of your colon. I am kind of skeptical about it. But some authoritative people, there are suppose to know their stuff, were on this program. Has anybody know about this?
