The standard medications for Parkinson’s Disease are Sinemet and Eldepryl. These just ease the symptoms; they may perform brain surgery for very advanced cases. Michael J Fox had it done, but he was pretty young. There really isn’t a whole lot you can do. It is a degenerative disease with no cure.
