If you haven’t already made some healthy adjustments to your diet (i.e. consumption of more fruits, vegetables, and fiber while decreasing animal fats and processed foods), it would be a good first step. The first sign of a bogus product are too-good-to-be-true claims. The body is an extremely complex organism that needs a variety of nutrients and regimens (exercise, meditation, spiritual / mental stimulation) to remain healthy and in balance. While it may not hurt to consume the good doctor’s noni juice, you are probably doing his wallet more good than your health.
