do exercises and try to elevate your legs as high as u can
The first thing I would advise is to see your doctor. You didn’t say how old you were, so I don’t have much to base a theory on. Vitamin deficencies can cause muscle cramping, A visit to your physician and a simple blood test may be all you need to diagnose the problem. If it turns out to be a more chronic problem your doctor may suggest quinine sulfate, that you can buy OTC at WalMart, or he/she may diagnose you with restless leg syndrome. There is now a prescription medication on the market to treat this disorder. I would deffinately say a trip to the MD is in order. If you aren’t sure what is going on, I wouldn’t try to treat it without greater knowledge. If you are on a tight budget, check with your local health department. Most public health agencies have a staff physician that will see you on a sliding scale fee basis, meaning that they charge you based on your income, and there is usually a maximum amount that they can charge. If your local public health office doesn’t provide this they know who will be able to help you. If you are a senior citizen, I strongly advise you to see your doc very soon, as vitiamin deficencies can indicate other problems, such as cardiac problems. Hope this helps. Cheers!!
