More Answers to “Who is Kevin Trudeau? Is he a Doctor?“He’s a huckster selling books, or anything else that he can..keep your money in your pocket
The guy on the infomercials? I read that he has been charged with fraud because of the products he promotes on his infomercials.
Unfortunately doctors are taught pharmacology, not herbology. They do not remain the authority on herbs.. only when taking them along with some prescribed med would they have such knowledge. Herbs, to them (most) are below their dignity to accept.Trudeau can be found in a good search on google.
no, he’s just a douche bag that got rich from writing a book of lies. the dude claims HIV is a hoax
Kevin Trudeau is a multi-level marketing executive and television infomercial spokesperson. He has been accused of being a confidence trickster .
he’s a con man with a criminal historyTrudeau has no medical trainingA repeated criticism of the book is that there are very few actual treatment plans for any illnessesThe FTC forced him to stop scamming people by selling useless products/making false claims about products. ..so then, he writes a bullshit book. That is technically keeping with the FTC warning mandate he got –it’s not a product, but it’s still bullshitcriminal history:1990: Larceny and prisonTrudeau’s legal problems are long-standing. In 1990, he posed as a doctor in order to deposit $80,000 in false checks, and in 1991 he pled guilty to larceny after he had provided false information to obtain credit cards which he used for his own purposes. He spent two years in prison because of this conviction (Choi, 2005).. 1996: SECTrudeau rebounded, making a small fortune working for Nutrition For Life, a multi-level marketing program. However, in 1996, his recruitment practices ran afoul of the states of Illinois and Michigan, as well as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Michigan went so far as to forbid him from operating in the state. 1998: FTC fineThen, in 1998, he was forced to pay $500,000 in consumer redress to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), relating to six infomercials he had produced and in which the FTC determined he had made false or misleading claims. 2004: Contempt of courtIn June 2003, the FTC filed a complaint in the Northern District of Illinois against Trudeau and some of his companies (Shop America (USA), LLC, Shop America Marketing Group, LLC, and Trustar Global Media, Limited), alleging that disease-related claims for Coral Calcium Supreme were false and unsubstantiated. In the summer of 2004, the court found Trudeau in contempt of court for violating the preliminary injunction, because he had sent out a direct mail piece and done an infomercial making prohibited claims. The court ordered Trudeau to cease all marketing for coral calcium products. In September 2004, Trudeau agreed to pay $2 million ($500,000 in cash and transfer of residential property located in Ojai, California, and a luxury vehicle) to settle charges that he falsely claimed that a coral calcium product can cure cancer and other serious diseases and that a purported analgesic called Biotape can permanently cure or relieve severe pain. In the event that the court finds that Trudeau or his companies misrepresented their financial condition, the order would require Trudeau to pay $20 million pursuant to an avalanche clause. 2005: Trudeau v. FTCOn February 28, 2005, Trudeau filed a complaint against the FTC in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, seeking only declaratory and injunctive relief. … which the court denied. Book: Natural Cures Main article: Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You To Know AboutTrudeau’s book Natural Cures – Updated EditionEnlargeTrudeau’s book Natural Cures – Updated EditionKevin Trudeau begins his book, Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You To Know About, with a personal story: at the age of 21 he discovered he had a mitral valve defect in his heart, and claims that this was an incurable debilitating condition according to established medicine. He writes that his life was saved by a procedure which was performed in Mexico because it was banned in the United States. The story has been criticized by consumer watchdog groups and medical doctors as being inconsistent. The symptoms of the condition he names (mitral valve prolapse) are generally surreptitious. Consumer groups and doctors claim the treatment he describes could not have altered the structure of his heart. FDATrudeau claims in his book that the Food and Drug Administration is actively banning all-natural cures so that consumers are forced to buy drugs and therefore support the drug industry. He also makes claims that there are all-natural cures for serious ailments such as cancer, attention deficit disorder, arthritis, acid reflux disease, herpes, and many other diseases. Trudeau has no medical training or expertise, although he claims that this fact makes him the most qualified to make these claims, as he is not a part of the pharmaceutical industry or FDA. In Trudeau’s book studies are referenced, but are vague. He admits that they are merely his opinion, but also emphasizes that there are no such thing as “medical facts.” He constantly reminds his readers that “It’s all about the money! See why I am mad as all hell and not going to take it anymore??” Treatment plansA repeated criticism of the book — or at least of the original version — is that there are very few actual treatment plans for any illnesses within its pages. A possible explanation for this is that he is afraid of civil lawsuits from parties who may be harmed as a result of taking his advice
i bought his book.it was not helpful..instead of giving herbal remedies it just basically told me to buy his next book.he’s a con.
Hi Men46I can understand why people bash him. The FDA and everybody else has to defame him because he knows the truth of how to heal all illnesses. I have been helping heal people of diseases before he was ever known. My teacher Dr Richard Shulze and his teacher Dr Christopher have healed thousands, but who really knows about it? You never hear this in the media, ect. I could go on and on, but Kevin is just trying to open up everyones eyes. Call him what you want, but he has a lot of answers (that most poeple dont want to hear).Best of health to youCheers
