Brenda Song, best known for playing privileged hotel heiress, London Tipton, in the Disney Channel’s hit tween show, “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody,” is pregnant, Celebuzz reports. If rumor has it, the petite brunette is expecting her first child with Miley Cyrus’ older brother, Trace Cyrus.
With the recent excitement over former Disney darling, Hilary Duff’s pregnancy, it seems the young Disney alums are eager to have the baby spotlight on them. Song, who, like Duff, is also 23, seems very much on the young Hollywood mommy track.
Like Duff, Song’s success is mostly Disney-rooted, though post big-screen, many thought Song was gunning for a full-time big screen gig. Besides “The Suite Life” and its spin-off, “Suite Life on Deck,” Song has also appeared on Disney’s “Hannah Montana” (starring her boyfriend’s famous sister, Miley Cyrus), “The Wizards of Waverly Place” and the TV movie, “Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior.” In film, she recently played the obsessed girlfriend to Eduardo (Andrew Garfield) in “The Social Network.”
Trace Cyrus, 22, is the adopted son of Billy Ray Cyrus and once played in the band Metro Station before it broke up.
As for the young couple, the speculation of a celeb pairing was confirmed in May, when Song and Cyrus made their first public appearance together in at the Nylon party. Many reports alleged that the pair had been seeing each other for months prior to the big reveal. If a red carpet appearance wasn’t enough, the site for brother Cyrus’ clothing company, Southern Made Hollywood Paid, features Song as a model.
True to their Disney star appeal, Cyrus was previously linked to Demi Lovato, and many thought the couple had staying power, while it was rumored that Song briefly dated Joe Jonas.
