Reedy Creek is one of the best parks, for kids, in Charlotte. My daughter loves the many playgrounds they have. Her favorite thing to do is visit the nature center. 3. Reed Goldmine
Take a trip to Reed Gold Mine and have a good time searching for gold and gold dust. Known as a historic landmark, Reed Gold Mine is the site of the first gold find in the United States. 4. Charlotte Nature Museum
Come learn about animals and the earth they live in at the Charlotte Nature Museum. This is a great activity for all ages. They have animals, puppet shows, and an interactive campfire.
