How to Set a Signature in Yahoo Mail and GMail

If you always write the same sentence each time sending an e-mail, it is better that you prepare a signature on your e-mail account.
With a signature in the e-mail, you can write a greeting, email address, name, contact address, slogan, motto of life, your works, or else you feel needs to always be included in the e-mail sent.

Here is how to prepare the signature on Yahoo Mail and GMail:

Signature on Yahoo Mail:

Login to your e-mail account at Yahoo. Click on “Mail Options” that are available at “Options” at the top left corner of Yahoo Mail web page. Click the Signature option on the menu left Yahoo Mail web page. Type the sentence you want. You also can set the font format (bold, italic, underline), giving the color, add links, and some other settings. Next, make sure it is selected “Show a signature on all outgoing messages”. Finish by clicking on “Save Changes”. Done. Now, your signature will always be included every time you write and send emails.

Signature in GMail:
Login to your e-mail account at GMail. Click on “Options” at the top right corner of the Gmail web page, continue by clicking “Mail Settings”.
Yo u are now in the Settings-General tab. Move the cursor down, and find the signature box. Type the sentence that you want. Finish by clicking “Save Changes”. Done. Now, your signature will always be included every time you write and send emails.
