A: FYI those hokey ‘diets’ don’t work and you’ll end up gaining more weight than you lose. You need to change how you eat and live PERMANENTLY instead of looking for a quick fix.
Can you lose any visible weight with the 3 day diet?
Q: I know that a lot of people say that with the 3 day diet, you only lose water weight and it comes back easily, but do you actually lose any visible weight? Like noticible in clothing, face, etc.
A: if you are skinny and you do a 3day diet you notice more definition and tone. if you aren’t you wont notice anything.
