Just like an alcoholic has to CONCIOUSLY choose to NOT take a drink of alcohol, every single day — the same will true for you! You will have to conciously choose to eat food, and choose a healthy lifestyle, every single day for the rest of your life! : )But try not to think of it that way…Try instead, to take it just ONE day at a time…Each day when you wake up, say to yourself:”TODAY I am going to eat healthy. I am not going to starve myself.
