it depends on the person and what they’ve eaten. Some things like veggies pass through a lot quicker than others. Also whether they lead a sedentary lifestyle or are active. Could be a week!

A: I have heard that statement about cold water vs. room temperature water. I’m not completely certain if it is true. Although, to really think about it, it is logical. For example, when something is cold the molecules of the object…(ie food, or water) pull closer together. Therefore, creating a more dense/harsh existence. If this is actual, it it would also be appropriate to assume that the density of the cold matter requires more work out of your digestive system. If your body is working harder to digest anything you ingest, it should be safe to say that it’s burning more calories. Then again, if your body is able to digest cold foods as cold foods, then cold foods/harsh foods should be considered more weight loss enabling. But if your body has to increase the temp of the food before it’s capable of digestion it could be possible tha cold foodt does the opposite of burning more calories. (If your body is literally holding the food there, it would be harsh on your digestive system and possibly burn no extra calories. **Shrugs** I hope that makes sense to you. I’m definitely no scientist. Just trying to piece together some of my logical reasoning. IMO, cold fruit tastes best anyway:)
