Q: Lately I have been trying to slim down and firm up. I’ve been exercising every day, be it Pilates, treadmill, elliptical, etc. Yesterday I went WAY over my calorie limit, by like 1000 calories. Then this morning before I ate anything I ran for 45 minutes. But then today I’ve eaten like 3 servings of cinnamon toast crunch cereal and 400 calories worth of Milk Duds!! I’ve already hit my daily calorie limit and it’s only 2:30pm!What can I do to recover so I will still lose weight??? I am really disappointed in myself for eating like crap!I need to know how I can recover from the past two days
A: Remember that if you are working out and go over your calorie limit then you can work out more to bring your calories down and back to your limit. Just think of it as if you eat more than you want than just work out more than you want.
