A: IF you are going to abandon meat as your primary protein source, it is necessary to read up on beans, etc….you MUST have intake of the 8 essential amino acids every day, other wise, no protein can be used….different beans have different amino acids…you must learn the mixes necessary to sustain life. This is not something to play around with. There are many books out there with all the info you need. Please do not take someone else’s word for something so dangerous as malnutrition for that is what you will get if you do not know what you are doing using a meat-free diet. goldwing
