A: After working out your body can break down fats much much faster then it usually would. So eating after youve worked out is probably one of the best times to eat, even though sometimes you dont feel like it. Because it breaks the fats down so fast, your body has less time to store bad fats and the majority will go straight through your system, whilst all the nutrients and goodness in the food is absorbed.Naturally the best thing to eat at all times are things in the lower half of the food pyramid, but even some of these things can have fats. So like i said, dont worry too much about what to eat, go ahead and treat yourself if you feel like it, but remember no matter when you plan to eat, extensive amounts of sugars or fats arent exactly the best for you and your body.Hope that helped.
