A: Eating hot, spicy food has been proved to burn more calories. All the foods that are hot are the key ie. curries, dishes containing chilli, cayenne, parprika etc Adding hot spices to regular food would help but the whole dish you eat has to be hot as that is what speeds up metabolism. But I dont think putting cayenne in lemonade etc would have much effect it would taste vile and you are including high calorie sugars like maple syrup – sounds pretty hopeless to meBest thing is to eat less food but make it hot sometimes and do more exercise there is not any other way I know of to lose weight. If you lose it quick it goes back on quick – be patient -slow and sure is best.
