- A: Well I am a wrestler and I have a lot of experience in dieting and losing weight. It is possible for you to lose 5 lbs. in a week ……. but I assure you it will be hell! First and foremost you do not want to be dehydrated, so drink at least drink 4 or 5 bottles of water a day. Eat 1 packet of oatmeal for every meal (3 meals a day). Also take a multi-vitamin in the morning. I do not recommend that you follow this diet for more than 5 days or so……. good luck

Because if you diet than you aren’t getting enough carbs to burn off to lose weight. Your body need carbs to burn carbs. Ok so don’t diet you need to pack up on carbs to lose weight.
