Q: FIRST: Please don’t tell me I’m to young to loose weight. I have the two weights and a bench. I also stretch and do some sit ups after. So now, I’m just asking, anyone that has any suggestions for my program would be really helpful! But the main reason I’m here is for any good diet.. Something reasonable.. Not like, buy a weeks worth of acai berries or buy a month of speeciiaaalll slim fast drinks and food or whatever. I mean somethings I can cut back on and things I can eat more that will help me loose weight. Oh and, I’m not one of those people who’ve tried everything and nothing has helped me, thankfully, and no, being overweight really doesn’t run in my family. I’m just a newbie, and this is my first time really going to try to loose weight. And I know I can if I work hard. My main goal is to be about 130-135 by the end of the year or sooner if I can. I’m using the whole year to loose about 75 pounds. I’m going to Missouri in the summer to see my cousins, and I want to be atleast about 150-160 when I go. I don’t know if that is realistic or not, If I can weigh less than that by the summer then thats good too. People have told me the heavier you are the more pounds come off in the beginning. So, I’m planning to do this exercise every day, 7 days a week. I really want to work hard for this. So if anyone has any suggestions on how I should have my diet, so that it can help be more effective to my weight loss, please share!!!! Thank you so much!! A: Exercising seven days a week is actually unhealthy for your heart. six days a week is reasonable for a man of average fitness. I suggest you don’t over exercise and negatively impact your life.It is important that you eat a variety of food groups. There is really no certain diet plan to lose weight (just use your common sense). Just make sure you don’t over eat, don’t eat any fatty food and make sure you are eating a wide variety of food.Good luck.

Q: Ok everyone, now it doesn’t have to be a long drawn out or story, but if you want to you can…mainly I want to know how much weight you loss, how you did it, what you stopped eating….what you started, stuff like that. I want to loose weight, but i don’t know where to start….and that’s why i would like some of your stories to help me along and get started….Also, I’m a bit on the lazy side…so how does someone like me that is so lazy stick with a program, i’ve started and stopped so many times… i want to stick it out and loose maybe about 50 pounds…maybe bby the summer, that’s reasonable, i think. What are your thoughts, also i’m not particularly interested in the loose weight fast scemes…you know with pills and what not.
A: here’s my story: before i lost weight i was this lazy 6’1 guy that weights 209 lbs and just like you i wanted to lose weight so at first i started running but it didn’t work out because i was too lazy , swimming, cycling also didn’t work out for the same reason.one day i went to visit my cousin and when i came in he had finished exercising so i asked for how long and what? and that’s when it happened i found the exercise that suits me the most( because i was lazy) it was rope jumping all i needed was a rope and 15 to 30 min max a day.so in 3 month i went from 209 lbs to 163 lbsthat of course and i was eating healthy , meaning no chocolate, no junk food no white food( bread sugar salt pasta…)and i was drinking lots of cold water (8 to 12 glasses).good luck
