A: I have done the cabbage soup diet and it was successful for me, however after I stopped the cabbage soup, I gained weight back almost immediately, even though I was still eating healthily and exercising. You really shouldn’t eat the cabbage soup for longer than a week at a time. It’s a catabolic food, so you’re burning more calories than you’re taking in. Doing it any longer than a week could be more harmful than helpful. Also, be prepared to feel hungrier more often. You should plan to add a couple of small snacks throughout the day, or plan to eat more soup. Other than that, it sounds pretty good. Good luck!

A: forget it dear…once you drop the diet all the excess weight will return..you cant have cabbage soup for the rest of your life rite??just limit the portion of all the foods that you consume and exercise regularly..thats enough for weight loss..
