When I changed my lifestyle I started eating more and exercising to speed my metabolism. I eat prob five times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner, maybe fruit after. I have heard many ppl say 6 or 7pm is a good time bc you are still active afterwards.
A: You should breakfast like a king (eat heavy), lunch like a citizen (moderate) and dine like a pauper (the least). Dinner comprising salads and fruits is the best. You should avoid drinking water about half hour before and after meals, to ensure that digestive juices are not diluted and digestion is most efficient. Also, you should not sleep, bathe or exercise immediately after meals – leave atleast half hour gap, preferably an hour.
