What are the differences between JW’s and Mormons?
Q: I was wondering if anybody could tell me what the difference(s) between Jehovah’s Witnesses and Mormons are? I would much prefer an answer compared to just a link or something of that nature but whatever help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
A: many people believe that JW’s and mormons are very alike, well they aren’t. mormons sometimes split up their congregation by adults and kids. jehovahs witnesses NEVER do that. in fact when they are old enough to understand, they give short talks! Mormons have a minister or “father”, and they yell real loud and they only give talks. they dont have Question and answers, so that they can know their cong. better but they are the only ones that talk. and people in that cong. arent usually that close to each other.Jehovah’s Witnesses have conventions, and assemblies in the year, and they dont. JW are really close to the friends in the hall. and jehovah’s witnesses actually care about the people they talk to door to door. when mormons only go to get people to do the same thing they’re doing.people think that they’re so alike, but if you go to a mormon church and a jehovah’s witnesses kingdom hall, you’ll see the difference. at a JW’s meeting, they welcome u and the treat u like they’ve known u for years! and they’ll always help you! they’re so nice!no matter where u live, JW’s always help u because they truly care!find a local kingdom hall, and go in when there is a meeting and u’ll see the difference for urself.

A: You would definitely face jail time and the loss of your license.
What are the differences between an expensive and cheap sewing machine?
Q: What are the features of each sewing machine? What is the price difference? Are there any attachments required? If so, what are they?Is there a warranty and how long?*I am taking a beginners sewing class and I am suppose to find these things out and I dont know ANYTHING what so ever about sewing machines!can someone please be kind enough to help me out with these questions please.THANK YOU!!!
A: Sounds like they want you to go look at a couple of machines and compare feature sets. The price difference can be huge… I’ve seen alleged sewing machines for $50 or so (that probably won’t sew well or last long… you can push the needle bar sideways with a finger easily) and home machines up to about $12K (Bernina’s current 830). The main differences I see between cheap and expensive is that the expensive machines tend to be built more sturdily, with the expectation that they will give many years of precise service with little user-maintenance beyond cleaning. Cheap machines are not built with those expectations — tolerances tend to be large, not enough attention paid to bearing surfaces, cheap conventional motors (compared to stepper or servo motors). There’s an expectation that parts will be available for more expensive machines for a number of years beyond warranty.Take a look at one of the sites like allbrands.com to get a feel for what’s offered at different price points. Then go to a machine dealer and ask to try out two similarly featured machines at different price points… try making buttonholes, that’s usually the fast way to sort out machines that work well from machines that don’t.
