A: Benefits: lighter, shorter periods. Less cramping.Cons: (for me, everyone is different) I had a LOT of breakthrough bleeding. 🙁 which sucks b/c I really liked this pill the best of the ones I’ve tried so far.

Q: I used to be on ortho tri-cyclin and i just recently switched to ortho tri-cyclin lo and this is my first month on the lo and i only have 2 more pills left. (thank God) and i have had bad cramps, bloating so bad right now that my stomach grew a size i have had lots of white discharge and i am just not myself, it is not even time for my period yet and i have bad cramps and bloating real bad..i have never expierenced this on the regular orth. has any one else had these symtoms on the lo.

A: I’m on it and I’ve had no problems. All birth control takes a few months to let your body adjust. Give it some time and if things don’t calm down it’s not the right pill for you.
