Can someone describe the difference among muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength?
Q: Can you define each, provide benefits of each, and give clear examples?Thank you!
A: 1. Muscular Endurance: This form consists of strength that holds up for long periods of time and a workout of this caliber can be seen like in MMA fights or boxing, wrestling a lot of combat sports. 2. Cardio Fitness: This is a form of endurance that goes for a long time while the heart rate is up and running and you have the stamina to go for lonf periods of time in a workout.3. Muscular Strength: This is a form of strength training that creates power and low rep schemes in weightlifting and/or Calisthenics. For examples moving furniture takes strength, a pull-up takes strength and lifting a heavy weight takes strength. Now when it comes to benefits I can name 100’s of things that all three can be used in but for now i’ll name a few. Push-ups/pull-ups, squats, Hill sprints, Bear Crawls, Crab Walks, Aligator Walks these are all examples of ways to get all three of these fitness defenitions. It takes strength to do these but they also provide an endurance and flexibility benefit you can’t get in an aerobics class or a yoga class. Try them out and see for yourself.
