No they wont make you shorter. No they wont make you all muscley. They will only make you that way if you train to be that way. If you train to be toned lean and healthy you will be.

A: No it doesn’t.Health experts do recommend going easy on the weights until your body is fully developed.At 14, I’d focus on building lean muscle. Lift but don’t overdo it. Concentrate more on endurance & cardio.
