A: hey i have the sasme problem and also am a 15 year old girl. What i did (doing) is stopped totally drinking soda etc. Just milk (low fat, fat free, or skim) and water i eat healthier and still indugle a little on junk food but not as much (i went on the weightwatchers diet if want more info bout it just ask) know the thing is u have to b commited to loosing it u can’t stop after one month doing ur daily exercise or it will come back thats why diets do not work cuz once u stop u go back 2 old habits so just find a healthier life style. If you don’t like to run walk for 20-30 minutes a day around the block. Bike ride. Also before you go to bed do ab exercise (I got the greatast workout ever from all my seventeen and cosmogirl magazines so if u get those just take all those pages with exercise things and do them every nite) if not go online to seventeen.com they have exercise things. Also do 50-100 crunches a day, the blank for 15 secs at first than to 30 secs and eventually aminute. Do 50-100 side crunches. Hope that helps a little =) my stomach has been getting flatter thats for sure
