To get your abs defined its all about your diet. You need to have a very low % of body fat to get them out, all the crunches in the world wont show them, its all about diet.

A: high weights low reps is the way to go low weight wont do jack..u need to build muscle to get tone and burn fat but ur fat burning is low already just try to build eat high protien foods work the abs the chest back through pull ups chin ups dips push ups incline push ups decline push ups these will indirectly work ur arms also
