A: You are perfect weight. You don’t need to lose anymore. You are borderline malnourished.If you want to lose WASTE weight, change to a diet of lots of fruit and vegetables.(apples are good) Avoid junk foods. You’ll hit the potty more often and it will drop perhaps 2 pounds. Drink lots of water (no sodas and about 80 oz of water a day) and avoid sodium if you are NOT an athlete. Otherwise this could lead to hyponatremia. That should drop about 1 pound of water weight. I doubt you have a great deal of fat at all. If anything its already at the ideal level or below a safe level.By the way, you REALLY should rethink your Ideal body weight.
