Q: I heard that your muscles will shrink back to normal if you’d stop working out is that true?if it is true, will it be easier to get back your build if your start working out again like a 5 months to a year later because you have already achieved it once? If your muscles do shrink, when will they start, after you stopped working out?These is just a questions that I heard and want to know if they are True.
A: it’s like the saying “if you don’t use it, you lose it”. this can be applied to all parts of your body, including muscle. if you become buff and then stop working out, it will not be easier to gain the muscle back. your muscles have to break down all over again (regardless of whether you once had a bunch of muscle or not) to grow which is what causes you to be sore after working out. to prevent this, just work out on a regular basis.
How do you work out your lower back muscles?
Q: My fat seems to accumulate there, like, right where you would rest your hands on your hips. Sit ups don’t seem to reach there, so I’m not sure how to work them out.
A: Do cardio to shed those fats.Do deadlifts, core exercises and squats to work your lower back.
