I am beginning yoga, how often should I go every week?
Q: I took my first yoga class yesterday! One hour long. It was called “Relaxation Yoga”. I am rather sore today, but I would still like to go to a class! Tonight however is just regular yoga. Would it be best for me to skip tonight, being sore and all? I don’t want to damage my body or increase my amount of soreness. Or should I go anyway and stretch it out? What to do!!ps. I am an 18 year old girl, if that makes any difference.
A: The answer varies a lot depending on your particular level of fitness and flexibility. Assuming you don’t have a noticeable level of physical disability and are an average level of fitness, you might want to start off with once or twice a week just to let your body get used to the idea of the stretches and tensions involved in yoga.Probably a rule of thumb for starting out is wait till it stops hurting, then give yourself two days to recover, then try another session. If you’re already quite fit, you might be able to drop the recovery time to one day.Don’t push yourself too hard when you’re just starting out. You’ll have plenty of time to carefully ramp up to a level you’re comfortable with, but there’s no value in wrecking a tendon or dislocating something because you went from zero to Olympic in the first week.Take it easy, see how it goes, if you think you can take more sessions per week then just add a single one and see how that goes for a couple of weeks, then decide whether you think you can add another one, and so on. Don’t forget that you can also back off on the number of sessions if it’s too much at this early stage. Stick with fewer sessions for a couple of months, then see if you want to give an extra session another try.You might also find yourself alternating weeks as you ramp up. For example, if you think two sessions aren’t enough but three is too much for the moment, you might try two one week and three the next, just to see how it goes.
how often and for how long should i jog to lose weight?
Q: I am 176 lbs and 5’3i want to lose 40-50 pounds
A: You should build a step-up work out program. For example, first be able to walk for 1 hour without getting winded. Then I would work on being able to jog for 15 minutes, and then 30 minutes. But be sure to include a cardio work out. get variety into your workout.Remember that in order to lose weight, it is calories in over calories out. Do not over eat, avoid liquid calories, and be sure to be healthy. Drink plenty of water daily (64 oz).
How often statisticly do republicans and democrats disagree?
Q: How often statisticly do republicans and democrats disagree. I need like a numberr to help prove my essay. Any help?
A: As Benjamin Disraeli said “There are Lies, Damned Lies and Statistics” so, no cred there then. They will agree when there is a major event that requires all parties come together for the sake of the country, then when it all falls apart, they argue and point fingers, denying they really were on board in the first place. Yip, that’s the nature of a two party system.
