Q: I am joining cheerleading soon and I really want to become more flexible. I try stretches but it isn’t working unless I am doing it wrong. Has anyone got any really good stretches to help me to become more flexible and do the splits???
A: depends on the type of splits you want to work on… i’ve found for side splits its fastest just to go into the slits during commercials in 2 weeks i was completely in my splits 🙂 for the middle splits its easiest to lay on the ground but to the Wall and let your legs lay on the wall too. Then use your arms to push your legs to your limit and each day your limit will get lower and lower until your in your perfect middle splits 🙂
