A: To lose flab you need to do cardio. If you do not like running, try biking, an elliptical trainer, stair machine, jumping rope. Swimming is also good for you.You cannot lose fat on one specific body part.Also, if you lift weights in addition to cardio, not only will you get more muscle tone, you will raise your metabolic rate, which means you will burn more calories all of the time.
