A: Just remember, just beccause you are over 100 pounds, doesn’t make you fat, or over weight nessersarily..Oh, and there is no such thing as fast weight lose, either. It takes time.Have vegetable sticks or fruit instead of the ice cream and chips, other than that, if you can actually keep the rountine up, then go for it.

Q: I have been working out for about 5 months and I am 14 years old. I’ve been doing basic ab workouts like crunches and reverse crunches but one side of my stomach is much more defined. On the left side they are very defined and solid but on the right side they are barely defined. Q: so i have a chubby belly, and i’ve been doing reverse crunches, side crunches, and regular crunches. i can see a small difference already in the middle of my stomach (very faint) where it looks like a long line will divide the “abs”. my question is, what about the area like my love handles and that kind of stuff? will it be worked out also by doing those three things, or do i need to look up exercises to get rid of that as well? if i’m not mistaken (i’m really not too sure though), don’t side crunches handle that?
A: Crunches and exercises like that will only sculpt the muscles UNDER the flab. Toning the muscle won’t get rid of the fat above the muscle, only dieting will do that. Target weightloss is impossible, so in order to get rid of the fat above the muscles, you have to include diet and cardio.
