Workout to help muscles grow around the elbow?
Q: HI, i need help with growing muscles around my elbow and im not sure what to do. I do barbell curls for my biceps.Palms up barbell wrist curls to help with my forearms and push-ups to help my triceps/chest. Doing all those has helped make my arms bigger but hasent done much to my elbow, its still kinda boney. What can i do to help grow more muscle there?i know muscle doesnt actually grow on your elbow but i just wanna do something to help make my elbows not be so boney, like what muscles should i make grow more to help
A: As you’re already aware, there is no muscle around the elbows, but rather tendons and ligaments. However, there are methods to increase the muscles around the elbows to keep the bones from looking like they’re sticking out.Upper Arm:Hammer Curls – This exercise will help widen/lengthen your bicep muscle growth, which will extend more towards the inner elbow.Overhead Tricep Extensions – These will help your triceps grow large and strong, which will help conceal the “bump” on your outer elbow.Lower Arm:Forearm Curls – This is the number one exercise you can do to help conceal your elbow bones. Performing these will enlarge your inner-forearm muscles, which help hide the inside bone of your elbowReverse Forearm Curls – This will work the top/outside of the forearm, and will help give your forearms girth to help hide those elbow bone.
