A: You really can do almost any kind of ab exercise you want, tighten the muscle, but it will make no difference on the flab hanging. You have to do cardio and lose the weight, the only thing that will work, and then tighten the muscle. I wouldn’t recommend doing anything for another few months as you can risk abdominal seperation, which is extremely hard to correct. I have a friend that started exercising too early and di this, and now has had months of physio to correct the problem. Give your body some more time, you will be surprised how much better you will look in a couple more months. Your body is still healing from the surgery, still swollen and needs time to recover.
