A: Pilates. I went to physical therapy for a knee injury and saw a dance medicine therapist. All she had me do were pilates leg exercises and all of a sudden my gut was gone! I went from a 14 to a 10 in 2 months. I did the routine 3 times a week for 45 min. I didn’t eat anything differently or do anything else active other than lugging my books around school. Not only was my belly gone, but my legs and the rest of my body were drop dead gorgeous! I love it because you work all of your body at once (if you do it right), and most of it is laying down! lol But make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons: feeling better about yourself, being in better shape, more active in your life and proactive with your health.
