A: Take it from someone who went from 210 lbs down to 168 lbs and has stayed there. People will give you all sorts of suggestions like diet pills, etc., but quick is not really what you want. I wouldn’t listen to anyone offering you a quick fix. Losing weight slowly (about .5 to 1.5 lbs loss per week) is best. Losing weight faster is not only a sure guarantee to gain it back faster, but also is proven to be VERY bad for your heart, especially since fast weight loss often leads to yoyo dieting. If you want to get back to 120 and stay there, increase physical activity and decrease daily calories. Lose the 15 lbs over a period of about 4 to 8 months. Increase physical activity enought and decrease calories and fats enough that you are losing about .5 to 1.5 lbs per week consistantly and drink losts of water. That is the best help I can give.
