The cheapest and most effective piece of equipment for the abdominals is the Stability Ball.Unless you are disabled or unable to come to a seated position from laying on your back.. DON’T BY AN ABDOMINAL MACHINE. You can do the same exercises without the support of a cheap, Made in China, hollowed out aluminum piece of junk. When you use your abs during the day you don’t need a machine. Why would you train with one when you workout. More importantly if you are trying to tone up your midsection doing abdominal exercises will tighten the muscles but if there is fat on top it will just make your stomach look bigger.
