Gold gym cardio definitely because of it had won best exercise game of the year and it definitely kept me fit. For proof i was 92kgs then after a month I Was 83kgs. I only used it for about an hour a day of even less sometimes

A: Actually, that’s not a bad idea. Yoga is usually no cardio. It can be fat burning if you are in the right class. You do have to know your stamina… it’s a great stretch after an intense run but it is not easy, make no mistake about that! Your best bet for the 1st time would be an easy run and a beginning yoga class… because it is just the worst when your muscles shake under you, involuntarily! This way you can gauge how YOUR body responds to this combination. and also you should give yourself at least 10 min at rest between workouts. but i’m sure you knew that.I wish you luck 🙂

A: Not sure if this will help but sounds good to me. The first week session you should have the treadmill at 90% maximum speed. Start out with 5 to 15 repetitions for 2 minute intervals for peak performance to increase your sprinting speed. After the first week you can adjust your sprinters workouts by increasing the repetitions or the speed on the machine. It is important to stretch and cool down after each session to let your body recover. To work on lengthen your running stride you can add 2 to 6 repetitions each week.
