Also eat 3 good whole meals a day and get nature valley or other healthy granola bars and snack on a few several times a day. (you won’t get muscle if you don’t eat well, you’ll only break down your muscle and you won’t have any energy.)Get Centrum regular vitamin pills to take and calcium pill or your bones will not be strong enough to hold the extra weight and will break easily. (If you don’t have a fast metabolism you will get fat if you don’t workout every day when you are eating like this.)

A: Ok first buy dumbells, if u didnt use them before buy like a 1 kg dumbell for starters, then exercise your arms like crazy till you can lift more than 1 kg, i lift 4 kg each, not good for a girl, but hey! back to you, just work on your triceps and biceps and you wrists also to make them stronger, sit down and carry the weight hand by side and lift your WRIST only not your arm!To enlarge your biceps hold the weight infront of you with legs apart under shoulders and just push away and bring it back.another one, your hands by your side, lift it up, shoulder height, and bring it back to touch your shoulders.for your triceps which takes a LONG time to gain muscles, bring your feet apart under your shoulders, bend a little bit and suck in your abs then here’s the hard part: move your dumbells backwards like higher than your a$$ then pull it to your biceps, then push it infront of you then take it back slowly by your side and replay :-)So, if you 10 times each 2 times a day will be great, dont push yourself cuz u might not feel your arms. to cool down just lift your arms, without the dumbells up, higher than your head.You can also use monkey bars to get your body balanced just keep hanging on to one and lift your body using your hands….its hard and i hate it!!
