Then just continue to do your regular ab work-out: Traditional crunches, Bent knee leg raises, standing crunches, make it a habit of contracting your abs “all day”. You have to watch your food consumption, try to eat 6 small meal a day. I don’t endorse all those diet pills. Stay disciplined and work hard you should start seeing results in no time. Good luck!
