A: there is no quick fix or you will gain it all back.cardio is the only way to reduce body fat (we cant spot reduce it naturally) so do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (preferably 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) – running, jogging, swimming, cycling, rope jumping, elliptical, hiking etc.- dont do the same cardio all the time, mix it up and keep your body guessing.
