Of course, the big difference between the two is the caffeine content, so we’ll throw coffee in there too. Monster (16 ounces): 160mgsCoke (20 ounces): 58 mgs. Coffee (16 ounces): 130-200mgsYeah, i’m not going to argue that monster’s good for you, but it’s comparable to the other crap people have been drinking for decades. At least they put some vitamins in there.
