It was told to everyone that he died from a massive heartattack to cover up the details of the recorded 10 pills mixed together. It was Ginger (his girlfriend) that found him around 1:30 p.m. on the floor in the bathroom in a pool of his own vomit. But yes it was reprted he was sitting on the toilet and fell over.
